Job Description:
1. Formulate overall strategies and plans for domestic and international business development.
2. Lead and manage performance of the department.
3. Lead the sales team to achieve predetermined sales targets, drive sales strategies, and advance sales goals.
4. Collaborate with team members to maintain and grow client relationships, promote products, and boost sales performance.
5. Possess communication skills, a strong sense of ambition, proactiveness, responsibilities, detail-oriented actions, and ability to handle pressured situations.
6. Experiences in networking, system integration, or IPC-related industries are a plus.
7. At least 5 years of experience in sales management (at the manager level or higher), preferably with experience in sales management at publicly listed companies.
