Job Description:
1. Establishment and continuous improvement of inspection procedures for IQC and OQC in electronic, magnetic core, hardware, and plastic categories.
2. Establishement and continuous improvement for IPQC audits in electronic, magnetic core, hardware, and plastic categories.
3. Review and maintenance of material and product specifications.
4. Development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
5. Confirmation and disposition of material quality abnormalities.
6. Monitoring, statistical analysis, and coordination for continuous improvement of product quality.
7. Investigation, analysis, and improvement of customer complaints.
8. Training certification and management of inspection personnel.
9. Routine reporting and meetings.
10. Planning and execution of quality projects.
11. Maintenance of quailty systems, communication, coordination, and collaboration across departments to fulfill supervisor requirements and company goals.
12. Responsible for establishing the company's quality management system and tracking and handling various quality issues on the production line.
13. Supplier management audits, including HSF audits.
14. Familiarity with quality abnormaility handling methods.
15. Familiarity with environmental regulations, vendor environmental data review (MSDS/RoHS/REACH, etc.)
16. Testing of hazardous substances in materials (environmental testing).
17. Management of the proper use of inspection instruments and implementations of a preventive maintenance mechanism.

Requirements:
Work Expereience: 10 years or more
Education: Associated college degrees or higher.
Major: Electrical and electronic engineering-related fields
Language Skills: Proficient in English
Proficient in Tools: Word, ISO14000, ISO9000, IATF16949
Job Skills: Formulation of new product inspection standards, control and monitoring of raw materials and product quality, handling of incoming material issues, inspection of new products and inbound/outbound shipments, customer service quailty assurance program planning, planning and implementation of quality managment systems.
Other Requirements:
1. Proficient in 8D report, PFEMA, 6Sigma, QC's 7 major techniques.
2. Able to start work as soon as possible.
3. Over 10 years of experience as a quality assurance department head.
